With her dark hair, big eyes and porcelain-perfect skin, Lily Collins is the perfect choice to play the fairest one of all — Snow White. For the Los Angeles premiere of her new film “Mirror Mirror,” celebrity makeup artist Kayleen McAdams worked with Lily and shares how you too can achieve her “luminous, shimmery look.”

BEAUTY INSPIRATION

“Lately Lily and I have been obsessed with shimmery eyes. I have done white, silver, pink, black shimmer — and today we went for a green-gray shimmer. The green is so subtle but really makes her eyes pop. Because it was a morning premiere, I wanted the look to feel light and easy, so I chose a bright rose lip to keep it fresh.”

GET THE LOOK:

“I prepped Lily’s skin with Shu Uemura Skin Perfecting Instant Glow, and Jouer Luminizing Moisture Tint. I then used Cle De Peau Refining Fluid Foundation, and a bit of Tarte Creaseless Concealers where needed. Her cheeks were a combination of Laura Mercier Powder Blush in Fresh Ginger, and NARS Blush in Gaiety. I finished the look with a dusting of COVERGIRL Clean Pressed Powder in Classic Ivory.

I groomed Lily’s brows with Anastasia Brow Gel. On her lids, I used an amazing green-gray cream shadow, CHANEL Illusion D’Ombre Long Wear Luminous Eyeshadow in Epatant. Finally, I applied several coats of CHANEL Inimitable Intense Mascara in Noir to the lashes. We finished with a pop of color on Lily’s lips, Shiseido Perfect Rouge Lipstick in Cerise.”
