Healthy Hollywood: Wellness Wednesday – Reality Star Sonja Morgan's Anti-Aging Secrets!

"Real Housewives of New York City" star Sonja Morgan has a taste for living well and knows how to do it!

This society lady has been through the ringer – falling from the high pedestal of a luxe life to facing bankruptcy after a nasty divorce to re-inventing herself all over again.

Her personal motto – "to live each day as if you have nothing to lose and everything to gain." You go, girl!

At 47, Sonja isn't afraid to embrace her age or flaunt her sexpot image, adding, "I'm at my sexual peak and loving life." She tells Healthy Hollywood her sex life is strong and viable, "Getting a full nights rest is important and taking a natural supplement routine has helped to make this happen. When I am rested, I can take on full days challenges, which keeps me confident. Confidence equals sex appeal!"

"The best part of getting older is the wisdom and getting great information on how to combat drying effects [from skin]," Sonja tells Healthy Hollywood. Sonja has 'fessed up to getting botox and other age-defying treatments, including weekly fruit acid peels and other yummy treatments from her medical guru, Dr. Eric Braverman, founder of PATH Medical Center – but she's also big on eating healthy. "I throw in a green juice here and there. [I have] lots of veggies and fiber, fiber, and more fiber."

Sonja's doc, Dr. Braverman, is also a big part of maintaining the reality star's youthful flair.

"The right diet, including nutritional supplements, provides the daily balance women need to keep their metabolism high so they can physically look and feel younger and sexier," adds Dr. Braverman. "At home, women should exercise daily, use facial steamers and skin moisturizers. Simple things like adding spice to meals, drinking tea with every meal to flush out fat, and eating yogurt to boost arousal are small steps to help women."

Dr. Braverman's Top Anti-aging Tricks:

1. Eating 5 servings of fruit a day is an easy and natural way to hydrate a woman's face and keep skin glowing.

2. Good sex makes you look younger. Each time a woman orgasms, it boosts the brain by turning it on and off at the same time.

3. Natural hormones keep the body young and sexy. They jump start the brain's chemical production, which enhances sex drive and keep the body healthy, young and sexy.

4. Have a dark green salad, glass of vegetable juice or a bowl of vegetable soup 20 minutes before a meal to cut calorie consumption by 30 percent.

5. Sleep and more sleep. Women should get at least 7 hours of sleep a night to fully reset for a fully healthy body.
