Chris Martin has claimed that Rihanna is 'the best singer in the world' and that's why they resolute to question her to feature on their album. The band, who picked up a Q award yesterday for Best Band In The World, talked about having the 23-year-ancient feature on their new album Mylo Xyloto. Talking at the Q Awards, which was held at London's Grosvenor House Hotel, about their new track 'Princess of China', Martin joked: "Rihanna was pretty hideous and grumpy but we got past that." He also extra: "She's the best singer in the world and we thought what our album needed was the best singer in the world. "We questioned her very nervously and she said yes, which we were very grateful for." Well considering Chris is BFFs with Jay-Z, who is Rihanna's boss, we guess he has to say that. But what about Beyonce? The singer-songwriter, who is married to Gwyneth Paltrow, also revealed that Take That, who were one of his favourite childhood bands made him question his sexuality. Talking about his favourite music groups, he that they were "U2 and five handsome, well-built men from Stoke and Manchester".
