Victoria Beckham did not have baby on Fourth of July

Victoria and David Beckham's baby was not born on the Fourth of July, despite what you might have read.

"Contrary to certain reports, David and Victoria Beckham's baby is not due today and that was never the case," the soccer star's rep, Simon Oliveira, tweeted Monday.

Over the weekend, rumors circulated that the former Spice Girl was scheduled to deliver her fourth child via Caesarean section on America's most firework-y holiday. But a spokesperson for the couple squashed the story, telling the Daily Mail their daughter isn't due "until next week." When she does in fact arrive, baby Beckham will join brothers Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz.
