Chris Hansen, host of NBC's To Catch A Predator has reportedly been caught cheating on his wife with Kristyn Caddell, a Florida NBC affiliate news reporter who is 21 years younger than Hansen, via a hidden camera. Oh the irony! Check out the vid.
